"Almost Perfect"

Last Friday Comment Magazine posted my column on perfectionism in the kitchen. As you know, I have a lot to say about that. If you're a perfect person, don't bother.

Oh Margie!

I read the article and laughed so hard I nearly cried! I have a hard time with gravy too - I need a recipe! Only then does it turn out. Otherwise I use instant to be on the safe side.

You got no D- as I would judge the meal you made by the chocolate cake NOT the gravy

The potato soup ( as the tagine with "dried plums") are going in my cook soon stack.
