This looks yummy.<br /><br />I have been using the famous Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day cookbook, which requires using a baking stone and steam for baking, but after my baking stone broke into approximately 17 pieces, I started baking the bread in my cast-iron skillet (cover for 15 minutes, then uncover the rest of the time, no steam required). It works wonderfully. Cast iron rocks!
